Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Telemetry patients.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
- Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
- Strong cardiac monitoring and acute care nursing skills
Licensure & Certifications
- Active Compact RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
Assignment Details
- Location: Portsmouth, NH
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts
- Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (1:2 rotation)
